INITIATE YOUR RETURN

Returning an item is easy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return online.

Please note that items must be returned within 7 days from the day you receive the product, and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached and must be purchased only through www.bigbananaonline.com

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within 7 days with normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.

Items tagged under promotional items or all the innerwear items like Men Boxers, Men Briefs, Men Innerwear Vest, Men Trunks are not eligible for returns or exchange.

vv bigbanana reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged & if you feel that product does not meet your requirement. Order is valid for exchange within 7 days from the day you receive the product, and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached and must be purchased only through www.bigbananaonline.com

Exchanges are only applicable for same or higher order value items. If in case you choose to exchange your product with a higher value item, you will have to agree to pay a differential amount while placing an order.

You can submit an exchange request from the returns page.

There are two ways to return the product to us:

1. Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pickup service.

2. Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pickup at your location. In such cases, we will credit a fixed shipping costs (Rs 99) in the form of Gift Voucher provided the product meets the return policy, and you have shared a scan copy of the courier receipt with us. The Gift Voucher shall be shared once the product reaches our warehouse and pass the Quality Check.

There are two ways to return the product to us:

1. Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pickup service for the 1st Exchange.

2. In case you want to have a second time exchange your product, in that case you are eligible for Self Ship.

3. Self-Ship: You are requested to Self-Ship the product(s) if you want to exchange your order for more than 1 time. In such cases, your exchange order will be shipped once we receive the original product and the product must meet the return policy & exchange policy.

Prepaid Order

Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 days.Generally we refund within 7 working days from the date the order is received in warehouse and Quality check is passed.Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information

COD Order

For orders paid for with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued through bank transfers only.Our Customer Care will reach out to you for your bank details, namely the bank account holder name, bank name, branch and IFSC code.Generally we refund within 7 working days from the date the order is received in warehouse and Quality check is passed.Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately. For lost shipments, we'll investigate with our courier partner and resolve within 7 business days.

This policy applies to all the goods deliveries made outside the territorial boundary of the Republic of India. These orders are processed as export sales under the regulations of the Government of India.

Due to the complex nature of logistics and other regulatory compliances involved in international shipping, all forward international orders are classified as Final Sale.

  • Returns: We do not accept returns on any products shipped internationally.
  • No Exchanges: We do not offer size, colour, or product exchanges for orders delivered outside India. Hence you are requested to refer to the size guide before placing the order
  • No Cancellations: Once an order has been dispatched and the export manifest is generated,the order cannot be cancelled, redirected, or recalled.

As a commitment to our international customers, we ship all orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

  • Our Responsibility: We bear the cost of all US Import Duties, local taxes, and Indian GST (IGST).
  • No Additional Fees: You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery. Because we pre-pay these non-refundable government levies on your behalf, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.

We maintain a rigorous triple-check quality control process for all exports. However, if your item is damaged during transit or has a genuine manufacturing defect:

  • You must notify us at care@bigbananaonline.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide high-resolution photos and unboxing video of the defect and the original packaging.
  • RESOLUTION: Upon verification, we will provide a resolution in the form of Store Credit or a Replacement (subject to stock availability). Cash/ Online refunds are not provided for international transactions.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees that any disputes arising from international orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India, and governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
