Returning an item is easy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return online.

Please note that items must be returned within 7 days from the day you receive the product, and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached and must be purchased only through www.bigbananaonline.com

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within 7 days with normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.

Items tagged under promotional items or all the innerwear items like Men Boxers, Men Briefs, Men Innerwear Vest, Men Trunks are not eligible for returns or exchange.

bigbanana reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged & if you feel that product does not meet your requirement. Order is valid for exchange within 7 days from the day you receive the product, and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached and must be purchased only through www.bigbananaonline.com

Exchanges are only applicable for same or higher order value items. If in case you choose to exchange your product with a higher value item, you will have to agree to pay a differential amount while placing an order.

You can submit an exchange request from the returns page.

There are two ways to return the product to us:

1. Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pickup service for the 1st Return.

2. Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pickup at your location. In such cases, we will credit a fixed shipping costs (Rs 99) in the form of Gift Voucher provided the product meets the return policy, and you have shared a scan copy of the courier receipt with us. The Gift Voucher shall be shared once the product reaches our warehouse and pass the Quality Check.

Self-Ship2: You are requested to Self-Ship the product(s) if you want to return your order more than once. In such cases, your return order will be shipped once we receive the original product and the product must meet the return policy & exchange policy.

There are two ways to return the product to us:

2. In case you want to have a second time exchange your product, in that case you are eligible for Self Ship.

3. Self-Ship: You are requested to Self-Ship the product(s) if you want to exchange your order for more than 1 time. In such cases, your exchange order will be shipped once we receive the original product and the product must meet the return policy & exchange policy.

Prepaid Order

Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 days.
Generally we refund within 7 working days from the date the order is received in warehouse and Quality check is passed.
Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information

COD Order

For orders paid for with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued through bank transfers only.
Our Customer Care will reach out to you for your bank details, namely the bank account holder name, bank name, branch and IFSC code.
(Please Note: Customer is requested to share the bank details of the same person who has placed the order. If the bank details belong to any other person, the customer is requested to share an acknowledgement)
